Poor diaphragmatic breathing is one of the greatest missed opportunities for healthy skeletal alignment that I see. And it is so remarkably common.
Many of our bodies reflect the challenging self-perception we have on the inside, that results from us looking for our value on the outside.
The breath is capable of enabling alignment, strength and a more balanced nervous system. We so rarely engage it in its fullest capacity when we disconnect from feeling our own body.
