Presence Always Changes the Movement

September 28, 2026•1 min read

Once upon a time, each of us moved how it felt natural. When we're kiddos, we tend to explore and align our movement with the inherently fluid and steady patterns we are made for.

Somehow along the way we lose touch with it: the flow of it, the strength of it and the ease and joy of it too. We, unknowingly, allow misguided beliefs to direct how we hold and move our bodies.

With a little guidance and a reconnection to presence in how we feel, we can re-capture some semblance of the joyful movement we once had.

I love to start at the center (pelvis) of our bodies; where our flow and power begin in this human form.

Practicing this exercise for, with presence, can help you understand how 1 little move practiced daily can re-acquaint you with what has always been yours; a body that can be strong and responsive.

Wishing you well...
